Global Clinical Research Delivery Specialist

The Clinical Trials Operations Manager role is a critical position within our organization. It plays a pivotal part in the effective execution and oversight of local operational clinical trial activities. This role has significant influence on how a country can deliver country-specific trial commitments and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and financial regulations, at a country operations level
- Manage clinical trial activities, including planning, coordination, and metrics monitoring
- Nurture business relationships with investigators, functional outsourcing partners, and other external stakeholders
- Lead high-performing cross-functional teams in a virtual environment
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Country and Regional Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Global Medical Affairs, and Global Human Health
- University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession
- Substantial clinical research experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with ICH, FDA, local regulatory requirements, IRB/IEC, and other applicable regulations/guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, under pressure to meet deadlines
