This role is designed for administrative professionals who are interested in working with clinical research teams.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.
- Review study files for completeness.
- Prepare, handle, and distribute Clinical Trial Supplies and maintain tracking information.
- Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is ideal.
- Ideal candidates will have 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
This is a hybrid role with offices located in Sao Paulo, SP.
