Clinical Monitoring Specialist
The role of Clinical Monitoring Specialist is to oversee the implementation of clinical trials at designated sites. Key responsibilities include site management, monitoring data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to monitor data collection and reporting
- Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to study conduct or data integrity
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans
- University degree in a life science or allied health field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or monitoring
- Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Additional years of experience in clinical research coordination or monitoring
- Experience in a lead or senior monitoring role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
