We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage significant user acquisition growth at Ruby Labs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance by managing large-scale ad campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all traffic data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss.
  • Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale ad campaigns while optimizing every aspect - structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation - to consistently improve ROAS and drive profitable growth.
  • Strategic Scaling: Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets, identify untapped scaling opportunities, and stay ahead of platform changes to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Performance Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for superior campaign performance.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with our in-house creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives based on your deep performance insights and audience intelligence.

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years managing ad campaigns with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance.
  • High-Performance Expertise: Expert in launching, testing, and aggressively scaling high-budget ad campaigns with consistent profitability and growth results.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with Excel proficiency and ability to build custom analysis models. Proven track record of diving deep into performance data to uncover insights that others miss and translate them into winning optimizations.
  • Problem-Solving Excellence: Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of turning underperforming campaigns into profitable growth engines.
