This position involves fostering strong business connections and driving revenue expansion as a Client Services Account Manager. The successful candidate will provide support to the broader Client Service organization within the North America Financial Institutions Group.
Main Responsibilities- The role requires serving as a liaison between teams to deliver impactful reporting and insightful analysis, facilitating enhanced business decision-making.
- Producing presentations, analyses, and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders, including senior management, and providing support for ad-hoc projects and requests.
- Developing and maintaining databases to monitor proprietary deal-related information, enabling enhanced business analysis.
- Facilitating and managing data-driven initiatives, including client coverage organization, headcount projections, and talking points for senior management meetings.
- Preparing and summarizing Key Performance Indicators for year-end evaluation and compensation decisions, and developing qualitative and quantitative financial analysis.
- Efficiently reporting analytics and strategy, including location strategy, span of control, and reporting and analytics.
- Creating financial business cases in support of business initiatives and reporting on key metrics, driving data quality initiatives.
- Performing variance analysis to understand key drivers of results and presenting commentary to senior managers, designing new reports and dashboards.
- Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible, and owning current-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
