About the Role:

  • Lead and participate in user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions
  • Translate research findings into actionable design opportunities and product improvements
  • Owning design work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation
  • Partner with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define scope, requirements, and success metrics for features

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role
  • Proven experience conducting UX research and synthesizing insights into design decisions
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design complex workflows
  • Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices in design
