Marketing Creative

Award-winning Darkroom is seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Designer at Darkroom, you will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our brand, website, and digital user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create marketing assets across paid media, organic, and social that are deeply aligned with the Darkroom brand system.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and visual excellence across all external-facing materials.
  • Contribute to and maintain our Figma-based design system to ensure design scalability and cohesion.
  • Translate marketing objectives into design deliverables that support performance goals and strategic outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of experience in web, brand, or marketing design, ideally within a fast-paced creative environment or agency.
  • Possess a strong portfolio that showcases website layout, interactive design, and marketing collateral.
  • Fluency in Figma, including use of components, auto layout, and systemized design workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Framer or similar no-code web platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive behavior, animation basics, and component logic.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to communicate design intent clearly for development hand-off and collaborate with engineers when needed.
