Product Marketing Creative Lead

The role involves designing engaging marketing visuals and assets that communicate product value propositions. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful campaigns tailored to our target audience in a competitive environment.

This position requires developing visually appealing content for various applications and websites, including banners and design assets. Collaboration with the marketing team is key to brainstorming and executing creative ideas for campaigns and matches, ensuring designs capture attention and convey our brand message.

You will be responsible for adapting designs to different channels, optimizing for each platform's requirements. Additionally, you will create standout graphics for various content, from football match visuals to score updates. Staying updated on the latest design trends and marketing strategies is crucial to keep visuals current and effective.

Working with analytics teams to gather insights on design performance and using data-driven approaches for continuous improvement is essential. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio demonstrating creative visuals across marketing channels.

A strong understanding of marketing platforms and best design practices, including Google Ads, display, and social media, is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
