As a Lead XTS & Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and support cutting-edge products within the Technology and Project's groups.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team with expertise and developing leadership within the group.
  • Controlling project scope and daily tasks with precision and alignment to project and tender schedules.
  • Ensuring effective communication across diverse stakeholders and engineering disciplines.
  • Exhibiting strong work organization skills and maintaining tight deadlines.
  • Contributing to a global engineering community and fostering collaboration.
  • Communicating with clients in both English and Portuguese.
  • Developing project deliverables and reviewing the work of others, including manufacturing drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, reports, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant Engineering fields.
  • Experience as a Subsea Project/Product Engineer, emphasizing pre-salt and deepwater Christmas Tree systems.
  • Familiarity with major operators in the market, covering product and project lifecycle phases: conceptual, detail engineering, manufacturing, testing support, and field support.
  • Proficiency in communicating with clients in both English and Portuguese.
  • A strong background in Christmas Tree engineering for subsea equipment, including knowledge of Vertical and Horizontal Christmas Trees, Tubing Head Spools, Tubing Hangers, and Christmas Tree Tooling sets.
  • A Cost and Schedule-driven mindset.
  • Quick learning and resilience skills to adapt to changing scenarios.
  • Availability to travel and support work fronts in various locations worldwide.

Beyond technical skills, we value:

  • Proficiency in engineering databases (SAP or Team Center).
  • Masters or Post-graduation in Engineering.
  • Expertise in engineering software (Autocad, Creo, Solid Works, Visio, MSP).
