This individual will be responsible for building platforms and teams that power next-generation industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the overall data and AI strategy, supporting the company's product vision and roadmap.
- Design and oversee end-to-end development of data and AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and modularity.
- Lead high-performing teams, promoting innovation, ownership, and technical rigor.
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and evaluate third-party technologies.
- Champion a data-driven mindset, empowering informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in technical leadership of data, AI, and ML projects, including managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proven expertise in Python, software engineering, cloud platforms, data architecture, and scalable data pipelines.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, MLOps best practices, and platform development.
