Role Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge data and AI products. This pivotal role requires technical expertise, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Python, software engineering, cloud platforms, and data architecture. They should also have a proven track record in building robust internal platforms, APIs, and data/ML products with a focus on quality, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and execute the overall data and AI strategy aligned with our business vision and roadmap.
  2. Architect and oversee end-to-end development of our data and AI platforms ensuring scalability, security, and modularity.
  3. Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical rigor.
  4. Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, quality, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
  5. Cultivate strategic partnerships, evaluate third-party technologies, and lead platform evolution integrating the latest advances in AI/ML, cloud, and data engineering.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
  2. Solid experience in technical leadership of end-to-end data, AI, and ML projects including managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  3. Proven hands-on expertise in Python, software engineering, cloud platforms, data architecture, and scalable data pipelines.
  4. Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools MLOps best practices and platform development.
