Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced compliance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with a focus on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 4 years of experience in compliance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Perfect fluency in English, Spanish language appreciated
