Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Financial Services team is responsible for providing end-to-end support to our businesses.

This role will be a key member of the team supporting businesses in LATAM.

You will work cross-functionally to identify key opportunities to monitor/review regulatory deliverables for accuracy and efficiency, develop and implement plans to address those opportunities and measure and monitor success and impacts.

You will act as a single point of contact for LATAM regulatory compliance and drive actions holding a high level of accountability.

You will develop and implement effective organizational communications with business partners and senior management on key regulatory issues and drive business decisions ensuring compliance.

You will identify and quantify compliance risks to the organization and across the company.

You will establish a regular cadence of engagement with stakeholders ensuring process excellence to deliver effective governance and risk management.
