Sales Strategist for Enterprise Growth

The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record of success and quota over-achievement in selling to large-scale organizations, preferably in software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an active deal pipeline and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Meticulously manage complex deal cycles from lead origination to closing and expansion.
  • Consistently close new business and expand existing accounts through a 'land-and-expand' strategy.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and the ecosystem in a consultative sales process.
  • Maintain strategic oversight of assigned accounts to ensure engagement outcomes are achieved.
Requirements:
  • A hunter mentality with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, especially in SaaS and disruptive technologies.
  • Proven success in selling new business and expansion opportunities, with strong pipeline generation skills.
  • Ability to build champions and nurture lasting relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of MEDDICC and Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Effectiveness in engaging with C-level and business line executives at various account levels.
