About the Role

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication plans that align with organizational goals.">
  • Manage local PR agency and ensure they deliver effectively on media relations and other PR related activities.">
  • Liaison with local and regional media as necessary.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the community.">
  • Draft op-eds, editorials, blog posts, speeches, briefings, and other relevant content for senior stakeholders.">
  • Create content for external newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.">
  • Ensure all branding and messaging in the region is consistent with the global brand.">
  • Monitor and protect the organization's reputation and image.">
  • Oversee the development of multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in communications, PR, or a related role.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English is mandatory.">
  • Proficiency in communication tools, software, and social media platforms.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.">

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in communications, with a track record of successfully managing both internal and external communication strategies.">
  • Crisis communication and media relations experience.">
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt communication strategies to changing needs.">
