Lead Labor Relations Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage labor relations activities in compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and government regulations.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with unions, labor authorities, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and the company's labor relations strategy.

  • Manage collective bargaining negotiations and union communications effectively.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and represent the company in labor-related proceedings with Brazilian authorities efficiently.
  • Provide expert guidance on labor legislation and monitor changes to ensure internal policies align with CLT regulations.
  • Support HR and leadership in labor strategies, disciplinary actions, and organizational changes proactively.
  • Track labor signals, update dashboards, and report potential risks to HQ promptly.
  • Deliver training on labor topics and foster open dialogue with union representatives and frontline teams regularly.
  • Research and report on regional labor market trends, union activities, and strike patterns effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Labor Relations preferred.
  • Solid experience in labor relations within industrial/global environments required.
  • Strong knowledge of CLT, CBAs, union structures, and eSocial, DIRF/GFIP, Payroll Compliance essential.
  • Familiarity with labor court procedures and inspections highly valued.
  • Experience with labor metrics, compliance reporting, and cost management critical.
  • Advanced Excel skills necessary.
  • Knowledge of LGPD in HR processes beneficial.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
