Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with finance, business intelligence, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions.
  • Design and maintain robust data models for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting surfaces.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles, preferably in a SaaS environment for finance.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced working with Snowflake.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sigma or comparable tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of financial and SaaS metrics.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
