We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics using advanced analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Amplitude to track key business metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create clear and compelling reports that translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
- Maintain high data accuracy and quality standards to ensure reliable insights and informed decision making.
Requirements:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Amplitude and SQL programming languages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards.
- Improve data quality and accuracy by implementing robust data validation processes.
- Presentation of findings to stakeholders with clear and actionable recommendations.
