As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining software solutions that support our mission. Your expertise will be essential in creating scalable, high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Platform Engineering: Design and develop our EHR platform using PHP / Laravel to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance.
- Database Architecture: Develop database schemas that represent business processes and ensure data integrity.
- API Development: Create APIs for internal and external use, facilitating integration with other healthcare systems and third-party services.
- Security: Ensure the platform's compliance with industry standards by implementing robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Development Leadership: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in backend development, code review, and team collaboration.
- Tech Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and evaluate their application to innovate and enhance the platform.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in PHP / Laravel and MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of developing and maintaining web applications. Experience in the healthcare sector or EHR platforms is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems, think analytically, and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: A strong focus on code quality, adherence to design specifications, and commitment to creating user-friendly, secure, and efficient systems.
