Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative creative strategies to drive business growth through paid marketing channels.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-converting ad scripts and static ad ideas that align with direct response principles. You will work closely with our content manager to source new content and collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of performance analytics tools, such as Triple Whale and Motion, and be able to use data to inform your creative decisions. Additionally, you should have experience working with UGC creators and be proficient in writing psychology-based copy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the field and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in core advertising metrics. They will also possess excellent cultural fit and be excited to play a big role in scaling our company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Direct Response Expertise: 3+ years of experience with performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency
  • Tools & Metrics: Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets
  • UGC Experience: Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels
  • Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance
