Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our EDP platform operations in process enhancement, automation, and infrastructure resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflows to optimize business processes, create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure progress, while documenting all processes for future reference.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud platforms, ensuring vendor management is handled efficiently.
  • Support the team in infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and automation, helping to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
  • Collaborate on resiliency and disaster recovery initiatives, developing strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Data Science.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, and FinOps practices, with a strong understanding of big data and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with big data and cloud cost tools.
  • Certifications in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), resiliency, and cloud best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate complex ideas clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.
