We are seeking a Medical Information Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely medical information to internal stakeholders and external customers via phone, email, or mail.
- Analyze and respond to technical and medical inquiries, utilizing approved resources and databases.
- Process adverse event and product complaint reports according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of project and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in a life science field.
- Strong English language skills, including reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking.
- Solid computer and keyboarding skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
