We are seeking a skilled Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for scheduling the right resource to meet customer needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule resources to meet customer demands
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding visit status
- Treat customer issues with professionalism and prompt attention
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resource availability and commitments
- Three years of experience in customer service
- Customer-first attitude
- Comfortable adapting to changing technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English)
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask with interruptions
- Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving skills and ability to drive resolution
- Negotiation skills to balance customer and business interests
This is a full-time weekly schedule opportunity that includes the option to work remotely. We offer a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities.
