Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pre-match plans to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Install and configure Hawk-Eye technology in various stadiums, often requiring physical labor such as camera rigging and cable management.
  • Perform thorough checks and calibrations of the systems before each match, adhering to standardized procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with stadium staff, match officials, and host broadcasters on-site.
  • Monitor system performance during matches and troubleshoot any encountered issues.
  • Take ownership of our systems on-site and serve as an ambassador for our brand.
  • During off-seasons, engage in hardware and software maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist with the installation and testing of new products and services.
Requirements:
  • Hold a strong technical foundation and be eager to learn and work with new technologies.
  • Exhibit bright and enterprising qualities, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Demonstrate proactive attitude and time management skills, enabling independent work.
  • Remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Effectively liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Adapt to changing schedules dedicated by fixture lists.
  • Work over weekends and bank holidays.
  • Possess a full, valid driving license and be willing to operate company vans.
  • Speak fluent Portuguese.
  • Hold working proficiency in English.
