Database Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Specialist to lead our database initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex database systems ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, implementing best practices for resolution.
  • Design and implement internal tools for automation, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Identify process improvements, develop solutions, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
  • Diagnose system-issues and work with the development team to drive resolution.
  • Establish relationships with external vendors and partners, including data management solutions.
  • Facilitate new hire training and onboarding programs.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in database development and 6 years in software development.
  • Proficient analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data loads and data quality management.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
