Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our company group in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the financial health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute top business strategies to drive company growth and expansion.
  • Ensure the financial health of operations in the country, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Lead and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen our workforce with talented individuals.
  • Meet sales and cost goals set by the Head of the regions, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare, adapt, and organize internal systems and training for employees, ensuring seamless integration with global HR initiatives.
  • Partner with the global HR team and other stakeholders to maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and approve contracts with clients, adhering to applicable national laws and regulations.
  • Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a strong employer brand image within the local community.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of office/company management experience.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Knowledge of accounting, local law, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures and adapt messages accordingly.
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
