Job Title: Chief Business Development Officer

Omnicomm, a leading developer and manufacturer of complete fleet and fuel management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional market expansion strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through partnerships, alliances, and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional market expansion strategies to establish Omnicomm's presence in key countries within the macroregions.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand our partner network, foster relationships, and develop a dedicated team of Sales Executives and Key Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales growth through the partner network, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and establishing clear sales targets and KPIs to maximize revenue potential.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a regional team of business development professionals, equipping them with necessary tools and strategies for partner acquisition and growth.
  • Lead marketing strategies, overseeing the creation and execution of region-specific campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive Omnicomm's brand awareness and product demand in the macroregions.
  • Represent and promote Omnicomm at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events, establishing the company as a thought leader and strategic player in the region.
  • Utilize the Omnicomm CRM system to track and update performance metrics, providing detailed, data-driven reports on regional activities.
Ideal Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and channel management.
  • Experience working with global markets and expanding partnerships across different regions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and execute them effectively.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the telematics and fuel management industry would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
