Are you a skilled Structural Engineer seeking new opportunities? We are currently looking for highly experienced professionals to join our network and work on innovative woodframe projects in the United States.
- Design and analyze structural components and systems for woodframe residential projects using your expertise in civil engineering.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software, ensuring high-quality designs that meet project requirements.
- Conduct structural assessments and provide solutions for existing structures, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of US building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Perform calculations to ensure the structural integrity of designs, applying your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Review and approve structural shop drawings and submittals, maintaining quality control and adhering to industry standards.
- Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, guaranteeing successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years working remotely with a US-based company.
- Proficiency in EnerCalc and Bluebeam, as well as strong skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent understanding of US building codes and standards (IBC, AISC, ACI), along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
