Job Summary

The Associate Propulsion Structural Analysis Engineer will be responsible for developing, integrating and documenting structural requirements to establish the system design.

Key responsibilities include working with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment, using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing test plans and configurations, supporting test execution and analyzing/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

Additionally, they will work on documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.

This role requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and experience with analytical methods and tools such as hand-calculation and finite element analysis method.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Relevant experience in structural engineering, including experience with structural analysis methods and tools (hand-calculation and finite element analysis method)
  • Understanding industry best practices in airframe structure and loadpaths
