Job Title: Compliance Analyst

At Crypto, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct GAP analyses to identify areas of non-compliance or partial compliance and develop action plans to remedy shortfalls.
  • Monitor and review regulatory developments, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
  • Ensure updates to the legislative and regulatory framework are communicated to stakeholders and training is provided as needed.
  • Assist with periodic reviews of policies and training to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory regimes.
  • Develop technical knowledge of the regulatory framework governing our company and its activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with a financial institution or law firm handling compliance matters.
  • Understanding of AML regulations and payments services legislation within the banking/financial services industry.
  • Ability to distill and discern important information from regulatory guidance, statutes, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
