About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and account management initiatives across Brazil and Mexico.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive strategy, and act as a consultant to bring partner performance and discipline among the team.

  • Lead by example, influencing change and advancing strategic goals into detailed operational plans for your staff.
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential, as you will need to present and communicate in front of large audiences both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Country Manager, accountable for all sales and account management initiatives and activities for LATAM Operations.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop the account management team to hit country targets.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to implement local and global initiatives, increasing the performance and development of the overall team.
Requirements
  • A University Degree in Business/Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and account management role.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity of leading teams.
