Job Description:

As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and assisting in maintaining HR databases. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights on workforce metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment efficiency.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on workforce metrics.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular HR reports and dashboards for management.
  • HR Systems Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, including internships. Technical skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail, are essential for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. A team player with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this position.
