Remote Senior HR/ADM Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior HR ADM Analyst with English proficiency to join our Human Resources team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee the pre-liquidation of salaries and its impact on earnings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsibilities include supervising the registration and termination process for employees, as well as collaborating with external entities and suppliers in the HR-ADM area.
  • Actively participate in improving cross-area processes and contribute to the development of the HR-ADM department.
  • Prepare reports and analytics required by management or other control areas, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar positions, preferably in service companies.
  • Familiarity with Law 20,744 and its application, as well as knowledge of 4th earnings category, is essential.
  • Strong English language skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities are necessary.
