Senior Human Resources Strategist

We seek an experienced Senior Human Resources Strategist to collaborate with business leaders across the region. This role will be responsible for advising on human capital strategy, leading workforce initiatives, and providing quantitative HR insights.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement human capital strategies
  • Lead workforce initiatives to drive business performance
  • Provide HR insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage people-related risk issues

Your Expertise:

  • Several years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Strategist or similar role
  • A deep understanding of relevant HR disciplines, including Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement processes
  • Proven ability to build networks and connections
  • Able to influence and impact decisions and individuals
  • Skilled at analyzing data to inform decision-making
  • Well-organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
