
Regional HR Delivery Lead CEEMEA

Join WTW's Global HR Team, leading the Regional HR team for CEEMEA Region. In this high-impact role, reporting to the HR Delivery Lead for Europe, you will deliver an outstanding HR service across the region, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws, and advising senior executives on HR topics. Preferred locations for this role are Dubai or Central Europe and will lead a high-performing team of HR professionals, collaborate with global HR functions, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive CEEMEA Leadership Team.
The Role
The Regional Delivery Lead is at the heart of the HR function and business, working closely with the Head of CEEMEA and other regional business leaders to deliver outstanding HR service across the region. You will lead a team of dedicated HR professionals to meet the diverse and complex HR needs of this growing region through the delivery of effective HR services and compelling colleague experience. This role also promotes a consistent approach to performance management and collaboration within HR that allows teams to flexibly support business segments and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Lead a team of 7 direct reports (3 HR Generalists and 4 Cluster Leads) to deliver excellent HR service across the region.
- Partner with Talent Advisory, Recruitment, Centers of Expertise and Global HR Services (GHRS) to establish requirements for the execution of HR and talent programs in the region, to support the achievement of Segment and Corporate Function strategy.
- Utilize global HR technology, processes and the tiered HR support model to lead the region HR delivery team to achieve an integrated 'one HR' organization, focusing on a positive colleague and manager experience of HR services. Manage the HR scope of services delivered within constraints of budget and headcount, in conjunction with the other HR sub-functions and Centers of Expertise.
- Oversee and ensure that region HR delivery complies with all company employment practices and country/jurisdiction laws and regulations; for business as usual and for integration/harmonization after any merger/acquisition/transfer of undertaking.
- Support HR activities for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Monitor the execution of services provided in the region by Centers of Expertise, GHRS and third parties including but not limited to global mobility, compensation and benefit programs, management capability programs, colleague life-cycle query handling and escalation.
- Understand the salary and incentive budgets and plans to be able to advise the Business and Talent Advisors, particularly in countries where there is an unstable or hyper-inflationary currency.
- Monitor performance against globally defined targets for timeliness, quality, cost, and team engagement. Identify needs for corrective action and opportunities for continuous improvement. Assure consistent application and execution of operational excellence methods.
- Collaborate with GHRS to identify and implement projects of global or multiple regional scope that will improve service timeliness and quality and / or reduce operating costs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and alignment with other Corporate Functions to ensure a more seamless colleague experience.
The Requirements
- Proven track record of leading a large team in Human Resources with responsibility for multiple countries/jurisdictions
- Strong employment law and HR practice knowledge across the CEEMEA region
- Understanding of different cultures and diverse practices needed to be successful across the CEEMEA region
- Disciplined execution, management through facts, ability to succeed in ambiguous and agile environments.
- Ability to influence senior business and functional stakeholders and find consensus to deliver positive outcomes
- Manage with a collaborative and inclusive approach, providing clear direction, and demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to educate business leaders/managers/colleagues on evolving processes
- An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills in English. French or Arabic are also desirable.
- Availability to travel on an as needed basis
- A strong communicator that can effectively share and gather information through internal networks and relationship building
- Proven ability to navigate a complex organization, establish trusting relationships and influence without formal authority.
- Significant experience in multiple HR domains, program management, change leadership and effective communications.
- Collaborative, flexible, resilient, with passion for client management.
- Business and organization acumen, ability to work independently, and comfort with ambiguity. Learning agility, creativity, assertive approach to problem solving.
