Overview

Regional HR Data Analytics Coordinator – International Schools Partnership Limited. This role bridges the gap between technical and business requirements, focusing on optimizing staff allocation, managing payroll and compensation costs, and establishing effective HR budget controls. The successful candidate will create insightful HR dashboards that drive data-informed decision making across the regional office and its schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform staffing and budget decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide real time visibility into key HR metrics, including staff allocation, payroll costs, and budget utilization.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align budget setup and control measures.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
  • Help in the setup and monitoring of the HR budget, providing insights on variances and areas for cost optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Regional Head of HR that highlight key financial metrics and HR operational efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems through data analytics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to best practices in data management.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues and best practices. Finance background preferred.
  • Solid track record of building relationships at all levels and providing pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs.
  • Ability to problem solve in multiple contexts.
  • Oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Hands on work when necessary and field work in our schools when required.
