Regional HR Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional HR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will create insightful HR dashboards that drive data-informed decision making across the regional office and its schools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform staffing and financial decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics, including staff allocation, payroll costs, and budget utilisation.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align financial planning and control measures.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet organisational needs.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
  • Help in the setup and monitoring of the HR function, providing insights on variances and areas for cost optimisation.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior HR leaders that highlight key financial metrics and HR operational efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems through data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to organisational changes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues, and best practices.
  • Solid track record of building relationships at all levels and providing pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs.
  • Ability to problem-solve in multiple contexts.
  • Oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organisation.
