The Regional HR Delivery Lead role for CEEMEA is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of direct reports to deliver excellent HR service across the region, ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of HR delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Partner with Talent Advisory, Recruitment, Centers of Expertise and Global HR Services to establish requirements for HR programs in the region, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Utilize global HR technology and processes to lead the region HR delivery team to achieve an integrated 'one HR' organization, enhancing HR services and reducing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company employment practices and country/jurisdiction laws and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a positive employer brand.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
