As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience for our Latin America region.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the primary point of contact for the region. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and providing support to local leaders and employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Regional HR Point of Contact: Manage Brazilian HR operations directly and oversee compliance and HR alignment in Chile and Colombia.
  2. First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact in the HR department to employees and managers.
  3. Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate payroll processes, hiring, termination, vacation, and benefits in collaboration with local BPO/accounting providers.
  4. HR Policy Development: Create and review HR policies, manuals, and procedures to ensure alignment with global guidelines.
  5. Employee Relations: Lead all employee relations efforts for the region in close collaboration with local managers.
  6. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full labor law compliance and proactively mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in generalist HR roles with solid experience in payroll, benefits administration, labor compliance, employee lifecycle, and leadership support.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English (required); Spanish at intermediate level is a strong plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Brazilian HR routines and labor regulations. Familiarity with Chilean and Colombian labor laws is a plus.
