Regional HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our employee lifecycle initiatives, including recruitment, compensation, and training in the region.

This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong employer brand, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting staff and managers with day-to-day matters.

The successful candidate will oversee the regional HR team, design compensation and benefits packages, define onboarding procedures, determine training plans, track recruitment metrics, and implement company policies that align with business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the HR team in the region (7 persons)
  • Oversee HR processes in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Peru
  • Design employees' compensation and benefits packages
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with company culture
  • Determine training plans per employee and department
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements as needed
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with business objectives
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
  • Coordinate with National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
  • Supervise payroll vendors in the region
