Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Regional HR Director, supporting business goals and objectives.

  • Implement human resource strategies in alignment with regional goals;
  • Strengthen risk protocols and back-office processes;
  • Guide and support HR leaders and managers across LATAM, addressing specific projects and integration needs;
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote collaboration, respect, and innovation;
  • Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local human resource policies, as well as federal and state regulations;
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, documentation, and approvals to minimize risk;
  • Maintain high-quality data across human resource information systems, payroll, and other systems;
  • Manage terminations, severances, and legal proceedings following group policies and local legislation;
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient operations and resource planning;
  • Partner with locations to enhance human resource processes tailored to distinct needs while ensuring consistent standards;
  • Monitor key timelines such as salary adjustments and survey follow-ups;
  • Promote an environment of positive employee relations through effective communication and governance;
  • Ensure local human resource policies comply with regional and local labor laws, balancing consistency and customization as needed;
  • Act as an escalation point for grievance and disciplinary cases;
  • Develop human resource leaders by enhancing their administrative capabilities and aligning with best practices;
  • Support the integration of new operations by fostering relationships and resolving integration challenges;
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish;
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws across Brazil (SP/SP) and other LATAM countries;
  • Experience in shared services/matrix organizations and working with senior stakeholders;
  • Strong business acumen with a balance of strategy and practical execution;
  • Proven ability in managing employee relations, change management, mergers, and integrations;
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with focus on detail and efficiency;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve organizational goals.
