We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our regional team.

Job Title: Regional Head of HRJob Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the people plan and services across the region, ensuring that all schools and employees experience the benefits of being part of the organization while maintaining cultural practices and legal parameters consistent with the local market.

  • Deliver HR services from payroll through to the promotion of the organization brand.
  • Provide close support to the Regional MD and report directly to them.

As a key member of the regional team, the successful candidate will ensure that people issues are given full consideration in all decision-making processes.

They will also provide metrics and prepare analytical and insightful reports on areas such as employee turnover, engagement, reasons for leaving, cost per effective hire, training hours per person.

Talent Management:
  • Recruit staff to maintain high standards in the region and schools.
  • Develop standard processes for managers to support interviewing and selection.
  • Commission and devise training and coaching to develop leaders and managers recruitment and selection skills.
Talent Development and Retention:
  • Lead the regional talent review and succession planning processes.
  • Oversee and manage talent processes, services, and tools in partnership with regional school senior leadership and HR managers.
  • Implement an effective regional leaver process to understand why employees leave.
Learning and Development:
  • Work in partnership with global and regional HR to implement and deliver learning and development solutions.
  • Direct and manage the coordination of talent and leadership development.
  • Lead on training needs analysis and ensure annual development plans are implemented.
