Regional People Partner

About the Role

This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the Regional Director to build a high-performing HR function from the ground up. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive employee experience, and ensure seamless alignment with global practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key stakeholder in all operational and strategic HR matters, providing expert guidance to managers across the region.
  • Collaborate directly with the Regional Director to shape the people and organizational roadmap, driving business outcomes through effective people management.
  • Partner with Global Corporate HR and regional stakeholders to align local practices with global strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to HR delivery.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding, ensuring a world-class employee experience.
Essential Skills
  • Approximately 5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices across Latin America.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Able to balance day-to-day HR delivery with strategic thinking, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
