We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in driving business success through effective people management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee development, engagement, and well-being.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
