Senior HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a key member of the organization's Human Resources department, you will be responsible for forging strong partnerships with business leaders to drive talent strategies, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement people-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Partnership: Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders to understand their team dynamics and collaboratively develop people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
  • Talent Development: Provide expert support and coaching to managers on areas such as talent development, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational structure.
  • HR Solutions: Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives while prioritizing a positive employee experience.
  • Initiative Leadership: Spearhead key HR initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Payroll.
Leveraging Data for HR Insights

Data-driven decision-making is essential in this role. You will utilize HR data to identify trends and opportunities to inform workforce strategies and talent-related decisions.

  • HR Metrics Analysis: Analyze key HR metrics such as attrition and engagement to provide data-backed insights that support HR initiatives.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards that help HR and leadership understand key people trends.
Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of and keen interest in utilizing HR data to drive insights (familiarity with HR metrics, reporting, and data storytelling is beneficial).
  • Experience working with HR systems and basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus).
  • Previous experience in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruiting, talent development, compensation, people operations, or as an HRBP.
