Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
This role will be a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team in all areas of HR, including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, complex employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, and cultural change to achieve a high-performance culture.
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a crucial part in informing strategic decisions by providing actionable insights derived from complex data sources.
About the Role:
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support managers/employees in setting performance goals and guide them in providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support compensation and benefits teams, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Health and Safety: Collaborate with the plant's health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
- HR Strategy: Work with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Reward & Recognition: Promote healthy competitions and appreciations through various award programs.
- HR Metrics: Collect and analyze HR data to measure key metrics, such as employee turnover and absenteeism.
- Manpower Planning: Meet production requirements by planning and recruiting resources in time.
- Building Culture: Develop innovative ideas to build a promising culture towards sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Relation, HRM or related field.
- Minimum 5 years to 8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Plant HR role.
- Worked in a matrixed organizational environment, across multiple business units.
- Should have worked in a Global / MNC Organizational environment.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and application.
- Broad Understanding labor laws.
- Consulting and facilitation experience.
- Project/Program management experience.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and interpretation in a business setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills.
