The HRBP role for the Logistics team in Brazil involves leading HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders to ensure a high-quality people lifecycle within the organization.

The responsibilities include managing third-party contracts, monitoring metrics, addressing absenteeism, conducting hiring interviews, engaging in talent discussions, and implementing engagement initiatives. Analytical skills are essential to analyze trends and translate business objectives into HR actions to deliver results.

This role offers the opportunity to influence change, promote inclusion, plan and execute engagement programs, manage talent cycles, coach leaders, handle people metrics, and support HR processes across multiple logistics locations in Brazil. The position requires face-to-face interaction with logistics stations and leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience supporting customer groups with large-scale processes and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in labor relations
  • Project management skills
