Blaze, one of the fastest-growing casinos in LATAM, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. At Blaze, we are passionate about delivering exceptional gaming experiences and our success is built on a foundation of talented individuals who share our vision. You will play a crucial role in aligning our human resource strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our employees are engaged and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local compliance and regulations
  • Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting
  • Other duties may be assigned related to HR

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in the related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with HRIS and other HR software tools (BambooHR, Humanity is a plus.)
  • Fluency in English
