When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.General DescriptionWe are seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner for our growing Latin America team. This full-time position is based in our Sao Paulo office. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required, with both preferred. We desire a dynamic, business-focused HR professional with a passion for our mission, a curiosity that enables innovative solutions, and a strong strategic consulting style for executive coaching and partnering with leaders across the globe.This individual will be responsible for full-spectrum HR partnership and support for Latin America and will report to the Executive Director, HRBP for Commercial and Medical Affairs, located in California.Essential Functions of the JobExecute the overall HR strategy aligned with global business goals for organizations in Latin America, including Commercial and Clinical Operations.Partner with the business to identify and drive growth strategies and manage all HR-related topics for new country setups.Implement HR processes and programs in collaboration with global centers of excellence.Partner with leaders on organization design and development initiatives.Coach leaders and promote culture, talent, and employee development based on local needs aligned with global strategy.Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in Latin America, answering questions and providing guidance.Lead global HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and equity planning within designated groups.Provide strategic insights through people data to guide workforce planning and business strategies.Address business concerns proactively, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and develop programs to support the people strategy.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive optimization in a fast-paced environment.Act as a change agent, coaching leaders to manage change effectively.QualificationsFluent in Spanish or Portuguese.Proven HR business partner leadership experience in Latin America for Commercial and Clinical Operations.Bachelor's degree with 10+ years or Master's degree with 7+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience.Ability to manage diverse requirements from operational to strategic levels.Extensive experience in organization development and talent management, with a track record of implementing effective people management programs.Experience guiding organizational issues and facilitating collaborative decision-making.Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and implementing strategies.Strong alignment with company values and ability to demonstrate them proactively.Leadership in change efforts and adaptability in a fluid environment.Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.Energetic, self-motivated, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.Global CompetenciesOur core values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit are demonstrated through competencies such as teamwork, feedback, self-awareness, inclusivity, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, continuous learning, embracing change, results orientation, analytical thinking, financial excellence, and clarity in communication.We are an equal opportunity employer valuing diversity.
