We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial finance professional to lead our efforts in shaping the future of financial management in Latin America.
This key role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing financial analysis, and providing insights to regional directors. If you have experience in FP&A and Commercial Controlling, this could be your ideal opportunity.
About the Job:
- Develop and maintain a robust database to support informed financial decision-making.
- Implement process improvements and automation across the organization.
- Collaborate with regional and local directors to analyze commercial finance performance.
- Pursue information on commercial closing figures, structural costs, and net sales achievement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Finance (FP&A area) and Commercial Controlling.
- Strong project management skills with direct responsibility for leading teams and schedules.
- Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English skills.
- Experience working with BI tools and performance metrics in multinational environments.
